Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract for PIO1: Project Implementation, Management Support and Policy Improvement.<\/p>\n<p>The consulting services were procured in accordance with\u00a0ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended) and ADB Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended)\u00a0using the\u00a0Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS)\u00a0method (90:10). The Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) was published on the ADB\u2019s Consultant Management System on 24 December 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The combined evaluation results of all proposals are presented in Table 1, information on the first-raked consultant and the awarded\/signed contract is provided in Table 2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Table 1.
