The Government of Mongolia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Aimags and Soums Green Regional Development Investment Program \u2013 Tranche 1<\/strong>. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract for DDS1: Detailed Engineering Design and Supervision.<\/p>\n

The consulting services were procured in accordance with\u00a0ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended) and ADB Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended)\u00a0using the\u00a0Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS)\u00a0method (90:10). The Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) was published on the ADB\u2019s Consultant Management System on 24 March 2025.<\/p>\n

The combined evaluation results of all proposals are presented in Table 1, information on the first-ranked consultant and the awarded\/signed contract is provided in Table 2.<\/p>\n
