was signed between the Government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank on February 28, 2023, and was ratified by the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia upon submission by the Government of Mongolia. According to the agreement, the project&#8217;s procurement activities shall be carried out in accordance with the Asian Development Bank\u2019s Procurement Regulations.&#8221; According to the Procurement&#8217; section of the Framework Financing Agreement, all procurement of goods and works financed under the credit line shall be conducted in accordance with the Asian Development Bank\u2019s Procurement Regulations. The Executing Entity and (EE) and Implementing Entities (IE) will follow ADB\u2019s financial guidelines and procedures.
